Shipping Policy

When placing an order with us from outside of Spain, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees once it arrives in your country. These fees are determined by the customs authority in your country and are not included in our shipping charges.

As the buyer, you are responsible for any additional fees incurred at customs. We’re here to help if you have questions about shipping, but for specifics on potential charges, please check with your local customs office.

• Rolled or flat print orders (matt paper and canvas) typically ship out within 2-5 business days from the day of order. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

• Original art work can require specialist packing, in particular if the piece is on a wooden frame. Therefore we aim to ship the order between 3-10 business days from the day of order. We ship original paintings worldwide. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

• Once the piece and price has been agreed upon, you will receive a confirmation email of the agreed amount, and a deposit of 70% will be invoiced to start the piece. Once the piece is finished, we will send you a shipping and packaging invoice to release the painting.
